As the customer you have to question the benefit of cleaning beneath certain items. For example, A heavy sideboard is not worth moving to clean below for a few reasons.... is the carpet going to be dirty? are you going to move the furniture in the near future to see underneath? More often then not the answer to these questions is 'No'  so larger items often stay in situ.
